MOSQUITO FIRE – EVACUATION UPDATE
RELEASE DATE: 09/21/2022 TIME: 5:00 p.m.
Per the Placer County Sheriff’s Office, effective at 5:00 p.m., all evacuation orders have been lifted for the Mosquito Fire in Placer County.
A portion of the Tahoe National Forest near the Mosquito Fire remains closed.
The following road closures are still in effect:
- Foresthill Rd at Elliot Ranch Rd
- Mosquito Ridge Rd at Gorman Ranch Rd
- Soda Springs at the North Fork of the American River
- McKinney Rubicon Springs
