The Hoosier National Forest will be conducting a prescribed 25 acre burn called Bird Cemetery RX in Crawford County on Wednesday, April 27th. The burn is located off Deuchars Rd near Alton Road. Tentative ignition is set for 12PM Central.
The area will be temporarily closed for public safety.
This unit is being managed to maintain early successional habitat for wildlife.
