The Anvil, Grizzly, Brice Creek, Chilcoot fires exhibited some active burning during Saturday. Weather conditions kept smoke in many areas of Southwest Oregon with only slow clearing in the afternoon. Reduced AQ will continue mainly in proximity and south of the Anvil, Tyee Ridge and Chilcoot fires. Dry conditions will continue early week, which could lead to further fire and smoke potential for the region.
