Firefighters work their way through the food line at spike camp, where meals are trucked in rather than prepared on site by a caterer operating out of a food trailer.
Workers open containers of hot food and get ready to plate it up to firefighters who will make their way through a serving line. A remote spike camp has less services available on site. Meals are trucked in rather than prepared on site by a caterer operating out of a food trailer.
