Daily Update- August 19, 2022
The Bill's Creek Fire remains at 30 acres and is 90% contained.
Mineral Wells Taskforce Bravo and a Strike Team of engines returns to the fire this morning to continue direct attack on the fire, to build containment line and to mop up within the fire perimeter.
Weather: Widespread wetting rains and lower than normal temperatures are expected over the fire area. Light winds and partially cloudy conditions are also anticipated.
